POD: Day 224 | 3.25.12

My day off was spent observing Courtney's re-potting project in her front yard. I found uses for the 60mm macro lens that is on loan to me from the Observer during my internship. The little guy gasping for air is a lizard that Kona (the cat) cleverly caught and mauled within inches of his little life. There was a brief burial ceremony that involved discarded potting soil, dandelions and yard violets. RIP, little guy.
