In our Digital Imaging class, we had an assignment to shoot three images that told a story or a theme, storyboard-style. We were to utilize the 'rule of thirds' within each image and together as a whole. We had two and a half hours to come up with the theme, shoot and edit the assignment.
I shot a wine theme inside Lumina in downtown Asheboro. This is (a slightly edited form of ) my submission. I am happy with the turnout, but even happier about beginning to learn how to use PhotoShop!
Nice work Melissa, these are very nice photos, It is a pleasure to know that you are attending photography school with someone so talented. Keep up the good work.

Melissa, I really liked what you did today - the images were so nicely shot and the 3 together are very well balanced. Too bad we can't sell our work from school - the lumina would be lucky to have these for their ads!
ReplyDeleteVery well put together layout Melissa! I love how each of the images bring you in and flow so well with one another.
ReplyDeleteI love this, Melissa! The warm tones are so inviting and the lighting is so great in all three shots. Good job!
ReplyDeleteThe arrangement is really good and the pictures are well exposed! Composition, lighting, everything looks great. Good job!
