POD: Day 101

My friend, Katherine, making her signature dessert---a chocolate eclair "pie"---to take to the Thanksgiving gathering the next day. It consisted of vanilla pudding, milk, cool whip, a container of melted, chocolate fudge frosting and graham crackers. It looked delicious and despite its soupy consistency the next day (for some reason it failed to set, despite an entire night in the fridge), it was still a huge hit!
