  1. You have some great work here, Melissa. I like the inclusion of the dog in the first image. I makes the difference for that one. The fire shots are amazing. You must have a long lens and a steady hand. Sharp, well exposed and composed. Good work.

  2. Melissa, these are wonderful! I love the way you see things. The top two images are my favorite. The timing of the dog helps make it a great capture. In the second, it's neat how the room is full of fire but outside it's relatively calm.

  3. incredible. the second one is really moving to me. the sunlight streaking in rays over this cool old house and then the danger of the flames. man, it feels like my life right now!

  4. Wow, I can't get enough of these controlled burn pictures! The top one is my favorite, by far. The dog makes the shot. And the puffs of smoke in the bottom photo? Awesome! Great job.

  5. These are wonderful. Great perspective and detail. And I love the third shot. The window framing the fire, and the details are breathtaking. I can feel the heat and hear the crackling... that is a perfect photo.
