POD: Day 124

My mom arrived safely back in North Carolina late Thursday night. She had been in Mexico since December 1st to be with family because her father, my grandfather, Isaias Rodriguez, passed away. She talked for a long time and caught me up on the lives of aunts, uncles and cousins I didn't realize I had. While I sat and listened, I realized that I missed her a lot. It's good to have her home.
